This program will allow you to embrace your inner beauty, by understanding your past oppression (gender, race, religion or age) in order to live an authentic life from a loving heart. It's composed of 3 steps to achieve your ultimate sense of freedom.

You are unsatisfied with an area of your current life (career, relationships, health, ...). You are wondering if this is all that life has to offer. You are ready to take on big life-changing work “mid-life renaissance” in order to become the best version of yourself and finding joy & happiness in everything you do. However, I understand that not every program is for everyone. That's why it's important to me, to mention that if you are seeking to solve your struggles overnight, without willing to search deeply within yourself, it will difficult to achieve a positive outcome. After an initial session to meet and connect, together we will go through the following steps.

How long will that take? And where?
Over 12 sessions, I will guide you to find yourself, your life’s purpose and create your own ideal life. At the end of the program, we will assess if you feel the need to continue with coaching. I offer individual one-on-one coaching sessions either face to face in Sydney, Australia or online anywhere in the world via a video call.
What's included?
A one-hour session prior to the commencement of the program to discuss your current struggles and desires as well as to ensure we connect with each other.
Various resources to be distributed during the program when appropriate (Goal settings, habits tracking, planning systems, sleeping tips, recipes, well-being assessment…)
Private group to connect with the Harty Wellness community
What's optional?
A three-hours session to fast forward your progress by immersing ourselves in a deep undisrupted environment to focus on the core of your behaviours, to reach that “AHA” moment.

- Always be prepared for each coaching session

- Follow through on agreed tasks
- Always ask for written permission from my client before releasing their name as a referee
- Recommend the services of other professionals if beneficial to the client’s outcome.
- Share all my knowledge and skills, expertise and experiences where appropriate and when I deem necessary
- Supply the coaching hours contracted to the very highest of standards
